I was thinking about placing an order, but the site just didn’t feel trustworthy to me. There wasn’t enough clear information available, and that made me second-guess the whole thing. I ended up backing out because it didn’t feel worth the risk. Just a heads-up for anyone else considering ordering.

I was ready to check out, but the payment page just didn’t feel very secure to me. The website says one thing earlier on, then the checkout seemed a bit different, so I got confused and didn’t feel comfortable putting in my card details

I picked up a shirt because the design looked like it was inspired by one of my favorite shows, and I was excited when I ordered it 😅
Once I saw it in person, though, it just felt a little off. The colors didn’t really match, some of the character details looked wrong, and a few symbols felt more like a random copy than a proper reference. If you know the anime well, you’ll probably notice it right away.
The shirt quality itself was okay, not awful or anything, but for a shop doing anime-inspired stuff, I expected the details to be way more accurate. I probably wouldn’t buy again unless they clean that up.

They asked for a couple of order details, and then I had to wait about a week for the money to show back up. It did come through in the end, so I think 4 stars is fair. Could’ve been faster, but it wasn’t a huge headache.

The site works fine. No big issues there. But the look didn’t really do it for me. Some parts felt messy, and the colors/graphics were a bit much.

I thought it would feel cleaner or more fun since it’s anime inspired. It’s not awful. Just not something I wanted to keep browsing.

Overall, I’m happy with the shirt. The quality feels solid, and the print still looks clean after a few washes. The fabric is comfortable too, not that super thin material some shirts have. I took off one star because the fit was a bit smaller than I expected, if that makes sense.

Overall, I’d say it’s comfy. The material feels soft to the touch, not scratchy or stiff or anything like that, which is what I was mainly hoping for. It is a bit thinner than I expected, so if you’re looking for something thick or super cozy, this might not be exactly that. But for what it is, it feels nice and comfortable enough to wear.

I tried checking out twice and the page kept freezing on me. One minute I’d be putting in my payment info, then it would hang, then suddenly I’d be back in my cart like nothing happened. No error message, no “try again,” no clue if my card was being processed, nothing. It was like when an app crashes right before you hit send, or when a website logs you out for no reason, or when a loading spinner just sits there forever. After the second try I just gave up. Frustrating, honestly.

The print looked kind of cheap to begin with, and after just one wash it was already washed out. I get that prints can fade over time, but it really shouldn’t happen after a single wash

I had a confusing time dealing with otakuinspired.com. On one hand, they did reply, so it’s not like I was completely ignored, but the answers were so vague that I still didn’t really know what was happening. I had to ask the same question more than once, which got annoying. The updates were also slow, and at the same time I kept thinking maybe I was just being impatient, but I don’t think it should’ve been that unclear. The products might be totally fine, maybe even great, but the communication side really needs work. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not a great one for me

When the package showed up, I’ll admit I was a little worried. The box had a noticeable dent, and for a second I thought, “Great, something’s probably broken.” I opened it up expecting the worst, but thankfully the item inside was totally fine. So while the packaging could’ve been better, everything worked out in the end.

Just a heads up for anyone considering this, the fabric wore out quickly for me and ended up ripping after a wash. I’d be careful with how you wash it, or maybe skip it if you’re looking for something that’ll last.

I grabbed a couple of shirts from otakuinspired.com in the same size, and the fit was surprisingly different between them. One fit well, but the other was way too tight. The designs are really cool, but the inconsistent sizing makes me hesitant to order again since I don’t want to risk ending up with something I can’t comfortably wear

I bought this as a gift for my brother, it didn’t really land. It looked a bit cheaper in person than I expected, though I will say the concept itself was still nice. My brother didn’t seem to like it much, which was disappointing, but maybe it would work better for someone with different taste.

I ordered a hoodie from Otakuinspired and it actually showed up fast, which was nice. The hoodie itself is fine, but the colors were a bit different from the pictures, like noticeably different. The print looked more muted in person, especially the reds.
I still wear it and I do like the design, I just wish the photos were a little more accurate to the real colors. It’s not bad, not amazing either, just kind of in the middle for me.
